Housing Readiness Program

The Housing Readiness program is a transitional Co-Ed housing program for individuals and is geared to cultivating independence through empowerment, life skills, wellness groups, and daily programming. Individuals are required to complete a program agreement and may stay for up to one (1) year’s time. There are seven (9) units available, providing a private bedroom and shared common areas and living spaces. The cost of the program is $375.00 per month.

Those who are enrolled in the program will receive ongoing supports from an assigned caseworker and are required to maintain their sobriety to participate in the program. The supports and services offered include advocacy, personalized goal setting, budgeting, supports with shopping and basic life skills, and various programming and groups through the community.
