Our Episodic Overdose Prevention program (EOPS) adopts a low-barrier approach to monitored substance use, eliminating access barriers to shelter services for at-risk women by allowing staff to observe and rapidly intervene to prevent overdoses.

Our Episodic Overdose Prevention program (EOPS) adopts a low-barrier approach to monitored substance use, aimed at eliminating access barriers to shelter services for women at risk of overdose.

By allowing staff to observe and provide rapid intervention when necessary, we strive to prevent overdoses and offer a safer environment for those in need.

Olive’s Branch

Olive’s Branch Program, operating from a 28-unit sober living facility opened in 2019, offers fully furnished studio-style units with around-the-clock staffing, case management, peer support, counseling services, shared common areas, and a fitness room, providing comprehensive wraparound supports and 12-step based recovery programming to foster lasting sobriety.

Victoria Towers Housing

The Victoria Towers Housing Program offers studio, one and two-bedroom partially furnished units for individuals transitioning from the Supported Recovery, Housing Readiness, and Olive’s Branch programs, providing continued support services to aid in obtaining employment or education, fostering long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

Rental Supplement Program

The Rental Supplement Program, in partnership with BC Housing, provides financial assistance and support services to at-risk individuals facing homelessness, with restrictions and limitations requiring inquiries to the Outreach team for more information.
