Housing Outreach

Our Housing Outreach Program features specialized workers dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness through the delivery of targeted services. These services include conducting individualized assessments to ensure a suitable housing fit, offering 24-hour support to landlords for tenant challenges, advocating for placement with housing providers and landlords, and participating in BC Housing’s Coordinated Access Table.

This comprehensive approach aims to secure stable and appropriate housing solutions for those in need.
